When will I receive my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after your shipping confirmation is sent. If it still hasn’t updated after that window, reach out and we’ll look into it.
How can I check my order status?
Sign in to your account at any time to view real-time status and tracking for every order — or check your shipping confirmation email for the direct tracking link.
What if my package shows delivered but I don’t have it?
First, check with neighbors or others in your household and verify the shipping address used at checkout. If you still can’t locate it, contact our support team and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact our support team as soon as possible. We can often update an address before an order ships, but once it has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
